The British Medical Association defines hypnotherapy as a complementary therapy/treatment which is scientifically proven to be highly successful in treating a full range of issues, symptoms, phobias, addictions, illnesses and disease.

Hypnotherapy is now recommended as a treatment by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).

Hypnosis is a natural state of altered awareness.  We go in and out of it every day – perhaps when engrossed in a book or watching a film or just staring into space, daydreaming. You will be fully aware of what is going on around you, totally in control and cannot be made to do something you do not want to do.

Hypnotherapy can make a positive difference to your life and sometimes very quickly in only one session.
