Hypnotherapy is a wonderfully effective way to change behaviour – you can unlearn habits such as lip biting and picking, nail biting even blushing! In other words any behaviour that you have learned can be unlearned.
If you have a sleep disorder it is important to contact your GP to rule out any underlying medical conditions. Hypnotherapy can alter negative patterns of behaviour by seeking out the root cause of the problem and altering your perception of it.
Phobias can be eliminated quickly, sometimes in just one session. We are all different but very often, after a telephone chat, I will be able to give you an idea of how many sessions you may need.
